About the Guild

Our entire existence is based on these Pillars of Virtue:

Who and what we are

The RRJDS Guild is a democratically-run Mercantile / Trading Guild. We have our own very distinct culture and disciplines, and we are completely self-reliant and self-contained.

We have our own unique hierarchy of management, our own traders, merchants, researchers, banks, and our own police force (our Enforcers).

We are a family, a school and business, our members are taught by and learn from each other and the Guild thrives through our members.

This Guild's existence depends entirely on its Members, they are its vital integral living parts, like the members (meaning hands, legs, organs etc.) of a human body.

Guild Members are active in all Guild business at all times, trading to build up Guild stocks and wealth, researching, exploring, developing, and enforcing Guild disciplines. They also correspond regularly, organise and participate in Guild events, monitor and mentor new players, interact with clans and other groups on Guild servers, and generally assume responsibilities for the running of the Guild. This includes voting on Guild matters, and giving positive suggestions and input even when they are unable to play.

We also have various real projects such as website work, administration tasks and other tasks requiring Members' active participation to complete them.

We have very high standards of play, not only for our Members but also for all players who wish to play on our servers.
