Guild Ranks

The Guild has a democratic hierarchy of Members and Elders, with an elected Guild Leader and an Inner Council which makes the Guild's strategic decisions.

Rank / Title	Description
Guild Father	This is an honorary title of respect still held by the Guild's now-departed Founder, Dark Uncle.
Guild Matron	This is an honorary title of respect still held by the Guild's now-departed Co-Founder, LadyHawk.
Guild Leader	An elected position currently held by Fort Knox.
Guild Elder	These are the Guild's governors. They are the members who contribute most to the running of the Guild. Each character of a Guild Elder is identified with the prefix [RRJDS-E].
Member of the Inner Council	The Inner Council is composed of the Guild's senior Elders. It is the Guild's highest authority for decisions affecting Guild function, structure and strategy. Not all Elders are members of the Inner Council.
Guild Secretary	This position can be held by any full Guild member. It is an elected administrative post to carry out "electronic paperwork" for the Guild. It is currently held by StarAvenger, more commonly known as Avenger.
Guild Member	These are the full members of the Guild. Their characters are identified with the prefix [RRJDS].
Guild Novice	These are applicants for membership, they are on a trial period undergoing training by a Guild Elder. Their characters are identified with the prefix [RRJDS-N].
