Guild Membership
Being an RRJDS Member is a position of responsibility.
Suitable applicants are welcome but not everyone is accepted.
Interested in becoming a Member?
We are selective, we don't
accept every request for entry into the
Guild.
Joining us is not a matter of belonging to a group and having a prefix to
wear proudly in front of your character names. There are responsibilities and duties to be performed.
If you are not ready to participate fully in Guild functions and help this organisation, then please do not apply.
You can continue to enjoy playing with us as a registered player with no responsibility.
Member Responsibilities
Continued
Membership depends on maintaining high moral standards and on continued
participation in Guild activities.
Members are required to:

fully in Guild matters and decisions and to communicate in email discussions

-
organise and participate in Guild
events and promptly perform duties assigned to you
-
not use
Guild funds or resources to enhance their non-Guild characters
-
interact with other players and guide, monitor and tutor new players
-

-

at least 40 hours of online gaming time on one of our servers

already
be aware of our Server Rules, and our Rules

Applications
To apply for consideration as a Novice Member, you must complete and submit the
online Application form.
If
your application is accepted your Guild character will be given the prefix of Guild Novice
([RRJDS-N]) for a period of from one to two months, and during this time
you will be assigned to a Guild Elder who will be your Mentor.
Your
Mentor will tutor you and monitor your
participation, activities, attitude and playing style. When
your mentor feels you are a suitable candidate and ready for nomination, he or
she will nominate you for acceptance
as a full Guild member.
Your
acceptance as both Novice Member and full Guild Member is dependent on a unanimous vote by all Guild Members
without any objections.
Acceptance
If you
satisfy these conditions and understand and are willing to accept and fulfill
the responsibilities of a Guild Member, then please complete and submit the Online
Membership
Application Form.
We will examine your responses
and consult with Guild Members who have interacted with you during your gaming,
and decide whether to accept you as a Guild Novice.
Good luck!
