Growing up in a wealthy merchant family at New Berlin, I have excellent negotiating abilities in my bloodstream. Back in my school days not all kids were my friends but there were none who disliked me. That was similar to my fathers business having lots of partners he dealt with.
In the first years of trading Dad looked for opportunities in dealing with other cultures at Sirius. He explored the systems and found very lucrative routes. One route I usually use nowadays, taking diamonds to New Tokyo. But the time came when dad's return was joy and sorrow. The joy that he was alive, the sorrow that pirating traders got heavier. Nevertheless he had to change some routes and had to look for new opportunities. He found a way to continue trading successfully and let me in all these secrets.
Mom and Dad were retired and now I am the merchant in our family. The tradition is going on, the tradition to deal and live in peace with all cultures in Sirius. Have peace with all people who respect free trading and do not pirate it.
